Twelve people. One railway arch in Digbeth.
Galeforce started in 2013 as two people and a borrowed desk on Floodgate Street. We're bigger now, but deliberately not big — every client still gets a senior lead, and that lead still answers their own emails.

The story
Built the
slow way.
We've never taken outside money, never chased headcount, and never pitched for free. That's meant slower growth than some of our peers — and a client list that mostly stayed.
The print side came about by accident. A client in 2016 asked us to handle a catalogue because their printer had let them down, and we discovered we were unusually good at buying print — and unusually annoyed by how opaque the industry was about pricing. It's now a third of the business.
The marketing side came the same way. We kept building sites that worked, then watching them get starved of traffic by whoever was running the ads. Eventually we decided to just do it properly ourselves.
What's left is a studio that can take a business from a napkin sketch to a shelf in a shop without ever saying "that's not really our department."

How we behave
Four rules we
don't break.
01
Say the number
Costs, timelines and risks go on the table in the first meeting. Nobody enjoys the conversation where the invoice is a surprise.
02
No free pitching
We won't do speculative creative, and we'd gently suggest you're wary of anyone who will. Someone always pays for it — usually the last client.
03
Own the outcome
If a campaign underperforms, we say so first and bring the fix with us. Nobody has to read between the lines of a report.
04
Leave it portable
Standard tooling, documented handovers, full IP transfer. You should be able to leave us at any point and lose nothing but us.

Who you'll deal with
The people,
not the pitch team.
Mo Iqbal
Founder & Strategy Director
Runs discovery on every new engagement. Ex-JLR marketing. Will ask "why" more times than is comfortable.
Katie Fenton
Founder & Creative Director
Art directs everything that leaves the building. Trained in editorial design, still thinks in spreads.
Dev Chauhan
Head of Engineering
Owns the build standard. Cares more about Core Web Vitals than is strictly healthy.
Rachel Amponsah
Head of Performance
Runs paid and organic. Will happily tell you to spend less if the data says so.
Tom Beddoe
Print Director
Twenty-two years in litho before joining us. Knows what a job should cost to the sheet.
Sophie Lindqvist
Client Services Lead
Keeps every project honest about its timeline. The reason things actually ship.
Team members are invented placeholders — replace with real profiles and photography before launch.

Come and see us.
We're a five-minute walk from Digbeth coach station and ten from New Street. There's a decent coffee place two doors down and parking on Floodgate Street if you get there before nine.
